Bowie pianist Mike Garson to open the Ziggy Stardust global premiere

David Bowie’s piano player Mike Garson will open the VIP premiere of the newly restored version of Ziggy Stardust and The Spiders From Mars: The Motion Picture at Eventim Apollo Hammersmith on July 3, 2023, playing a medley of Bowie’s biggest tunes just as he did 50 years to the day in ’73. The film itself will now hit in excess of 1000 screens globally in a worldwide celebration produced by Echo Velvet and The Makers Of in association with Warner Music and RZO
